Billing Practices

At Wade & Silverstein, we are conscientious and efficient in doing our work. We do not overcharge for the work that we perform, nor do we charge for expenses that most other law firms charge, such as facsimile, telephone and other miscellaneous charges. We frequently offer special promotional billing rates to individuals and small businesses and make every effort to accommodate their needs. Moreover, we get our bills out on a regular basis to help facilitate our clients budgeting process. We offer free initial consultations and we never try to take unfair advantage of our clients regarding billing issues. We believe that our billing collection rate is a measure of client satisfaction. In personal injury cases, we do not receive a fee until the client's case is resolved. Furthermore, we accept all major credit cards.
