Wade & Silverstein Wins Appeal on Behalf of Auto Corporation

(San Jose , CA ) March 9, 2009– The high powered Law Firm of Wade & Silverstein declared victory yet again on Wednesday when it obtained a judgment on behalf of its client.

The latest victory involved a dispute that began when the firm's client (a small business owner) sold his business to buyers with the understanding that the buyers would pay some of the purchase price at the time of the purchase and the remaining $127,000.00 of said purchase price in installments. When the time came for the buyers to start paying off the remaining $127,000.00 of the purchase price, they refused to make the required payments.

When the business owner became frustrated with the buyers breach of their agreement, he turned to Wade & Silverstein for representation. When the firm was first retained, the firm's President, Amiel L. Wade indicated that he would work with the client to obtain a quick and speedy judgment.

On Wednesday, judgment was entered in favor of the firm's client and against the buyers in the amount of $127,490.
